Application Process

To be considered for a position at Cisco Systems, it is best to apply online. Online applications simplify and automate the process for efficient candidate communication, screening, and progress tracking.

Select "Graduate Careers" or "Internships" to learn about available positions. From there, you can select a job and view the full job description. You then select the location and complete a two-page profile. After you complete this step, you will receive an email with your username and password.

The last step is to complete a questionnaire specific to the position you selected. After you have submitted this document, Cisco will send you an email indicating whether or not you will be considered for this opportunity.

Interview Process

The first interview may take place in person or over the phone. This interview will assess your skills and whether or not you are a good cultural fit for Cisco. You should be prepared to discuss your work experience, achievements, strengths, and other activities related to the position. This interview is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the company, position, and recruitment process.

Within 72 hours, Cisco will send an email regarding the outcome of your interview. The next step is likely a "college day," where the company will further assess your qualifications.
