Consultative Sales Programs

The sales associate and systems engineer programs are for recent graduates who have the motivation and dedication to succeed in a fast-paced technology sales environment. As a top-performing student with great interpersonal and communication skills, you will receive the sales, business, and finance training, as well as an understanding of Cisco networking products and services, that you need to excel as a Cisco sales team member.

Associate Systems Engineer

Associate systems engineers (ASEs) are the technical specialists of our sales community. They work with customers to fully understand customers' technical needs and help ensure that Cisco solutions meet those needs. As an ASE, you will work with many innovative Cisco technologies and interact with valued customers. You will become a trusted advisor, adding a business and client relationship context to your role. This 11-month training program is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Associate Sales Representative

Associate sales representatives (ASRs) primarily promote client relationships and bring the specialist technical knowledge of the engineering community to customers. ASRs have a pivotal role in qualifying customer requirements, and developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with our valued customers. This 11-month training program is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

NetVersity Systems Engineer (NVSE) and NetVersity Account Manager (NVAM)

The NetVersity Systems Engineer and NetVersity Account Manager programmes are a regional variation of the ASE and ASR programs, aimed at students or recent graduates who are interested in a career in the Middle East & Africa. The six-to-twelve month training programmes are in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Johannesburg, South Africa.

Customer Support Engineer

As a customer support engineer, your main responsibility will be providing technical support for Cisco products, global networks, and applications to customers and partners by telephone and email. You will be based in the Cisco Technical Assistance Center in Mexico City, Mexico, or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Associate Network Consulting Engineer

The associate network consulting engineer role is ideal for people who can combine great technical expertise with good communication skills. In the Cisco Advanced Services team, you will work with the latest technologies and the best technical experts in the industry. This 12-month training program is currently based in Amman, Jordan, or Johannesburg, South Africa.
