Cisco Subscriber Edge Services Manager (SESM) is an extensible set of applications that interoperate with Cisco Service Selection Gateway (SSG) to simplify the delivery of on-demand subscriber services across SSG enabled networks. It integrates with business support systems (BBS) and operations support systems (OSS) to provide a complete subscriber and service management solution. The web-based architecture and support for standard protocols reduce the CapEx and OpEx associated with service delivery and eases integration with subscriber management, billing, and security systems.
