Add Cisco Physical Access Gateway Outputs

The Cisco Physical Access Gateway supports a modular architecture that allows you to add outputs to the solution without needing additional Ethernet ports. A Cisco Physical Access Output Module lets you add up to eight outputs. The Cisco Physical Access Output Module:

• Gives you the flexibility to configure each relay output as either normally closed or normally open, to match the output devices you need to control
• Eases deployment by letting you add output modules to the system without service disruption
• Lowers the overall cost of the solution by allowing an existing Cisco Physical Access Gateway to manage additional outputs

The Cisco Physical Access Output Module must be connected through a three-wire Controller Area Network (CAN) bus to the Cisco Physical Access Gateway. The device is externally powered from a 12 to 24 VDC source.
