The Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console is a full-featured operator attendant console designed for the growing Cisco Unified Communications Manager customer with a maximum of 500 Cisco Unified IP Phones. Associated with a Cisco Unified IP Phone, this application allows an attendant console operator to quickly accept incoming calls and dispatch them to enterprise users.
The Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console's large feature set includes:
- A call-queuing engine supporting up to six operator clients per server
- Integration with Cisco Unified Presence, providing operators with in-depth presence and preference information to enhance customer service
- Do Not Disturb
- Directory search capabilities that are integrated with the Cisco Unified Communications Manager directory
