A sign of true service convergence is the ability to operate, bill, and manage personalized, ubiquitous services over a range of access mediums. Cisco and its partners have developed and continue to enhance the Service Exchange Framework (SEF), which allows carriers in all segments (wireline, cable, and mobile) to control customer access and use of IP services, but does not limit the types of applications that you can deploy.
